Welcome to the Leverguns.Com General Discussions Forum. This is a high-class place so act respectable. We discuss most anything here other than politics... politely.
Please post political post in the new Politics forum.
This is part of the "Leverguns Safari Auction" that's goin' on down in Texas. You can participate too, even if you're not on the safari. Hopefully RKrodle will pitch in with more info. Please bump this to the top for a while. It will run until sometime on Saturday, August 9. So, put in your best bid early, need not be present to win, just need to have the highest bid when we shut it down. We'll post a note stating that bidding has ceased and the high bidders at that point will be the winners - even though I believe that the software doesn't recognize the limits we're putting on the auction we know that you guys will respect the spirit in which it is being run.
Y'all have a great day!

OK, the bidding has started. Just a little info. You have to go to the site and register, you will then get an e-mail (almost instantly), open the e-mail and click on the link in the e-mail, then click to confirm. After that you are ready to go.
There will be more things posted up as the day go ons.
Guys, DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES GIVEN FOR "END OF AUCTION"!!!! These auctions will end sometime on Saturday, August 9 - NO MATTER WHAT THE DATE ON THE ITEM SAYS
We have not been able (yet) to modify the auction software to where it would allow us a different time range for the auctions, so if you're interested in participating, GET YOUR BIDS IN NOW.

I looked and bid on a couple of items. The knife I donated was made by Legacy Arms as a match to the Puma rifles. It is about 13 inches long and took a fairly decent edge. RKrodle is very good at sharpening knives and he can verify that this knife is sharp. I hope whoever is the winning bidder will enjoy it, as I simply had no use for it. It is stainless steel, probably 420.
If anyone else could describe their items some, then we might be willing to bid a little higher if we know more about the item. What do you gentlemen think?

OK, the auction has been redirected to the forum and bidding is officially over. We'll wait to hear from RKrodle as to the results and where folks should send the $$$ for the items won.

I was out of pocket last week with a family vacation to the beach. Was able to connect a few times early in the week, but missed the last several days. Poor timing on my part!
