Mannlicher stocks are one of those either you love 'em or hate 'em things. I happen to love the look.
Nice gun

Is that why you guys say "Kricey!"?

Too right sport!
BTW, the seller has $1295 on the rifle. I checked with the Aust Krico distributor and the RRP on a new model 301/22LR is $1780 with an extra $600 and a six month wait for a "full stock". Has me thinking. And I have just banked the incentive cheque for my tree planting project .
This looks like the same model and it has $1199 on it

Mr Scott,
Firstly, a beautiful rifle.
And a long shot here. Were you by any chance at 1RTB Kapooka in 1974?

I was indeed, and not too happy about it. I had just been posted from JTC back to my Regiment and had barely unpacked when I was on TDY to Kapooka.
Now, I have only met one bloke named Salim in my entire life and in those days he was known as Moses
. Gotta be you.
