It does not work for me either. Most of the main page image links are broken.
For example, this is the link for the DVD ... "http://localhost/imgs/StevesGunz-Label-w.jpg". Clearly, unless I'm actually on Steve's local machine (or the machine serving the page) ... this image isn't going to come up in my browser. Everyone understands what the DNS entry for "localhost" means I assume. Obviously, this particular image should be "http://stevesgunz.com/imgs/StevesGunz-Label-w.jpg" which would display properly as it has in OI's post.
It's probably a browser dependent issue. For example, it may work for people using Internet Explorer but not for people using FireFox or Opera, etc.
