O.T. VFW of the U.S. needs your/our help

This is a personal crusade of mine. Some/many of us have a favorite cause. The VFW of the U.S is mine. They need our/your help. I know it seems like everyone has their hand in your wallet and I do not mean to add to that LONG list but if you can spare just a little it will go a long way and do a ton of good. Their web address is http://www.vfw.org Their motto is Support Our Troops- Remember or Veterans. Folks talk all the time about "supporting the troops", very few folks talk about REMEMBERING our vets. I didn't know they needed help. My grandfather was a member of the same Post from 1947 or so until his death in 1997. He was also a Commander and VFW advocate and community activist. There is a NYC park in his home town named after him - George Riekers Veterans Memorial Park. I will contribute in his memory.

You're right....amoung other things, they will handle your VA claim for you and get 'er done.
