I concur with your judgement Andrew. There are way too many chiefs who for more brownie points will bow to anything put forth by politicians above them. They have not worked the streets for so long or listened to the phone calls by some one who needs help NOW and has to wait until we arrive. She does not care about the people who for lack of protection are murder victims when we get there. I wish it was not required in this country that everyone has the requirement for self protection, but it is.
