I'll add it to my morning office prayers.

Tell him he's just going to convert his heart from being a jazz instrument to a marching band instrument. Much more reliable rhythm...!

Prayers sent.
Pacemakers do have some things which affect them. Arc welding and a few other electric discharge items will mess with them. His welding days are over. Electric drills are usually OK. No using TENS pain relieving units. There should be a list given of what to avoid.

Glad to, Scott.

My father-in-law had one put in a few years ago, it gave him a new lease on life and almost a bounce to his step. Last year he had it replaced and the new technology really kicked him into overdrive. May your Dad have a similar result!

Everything went well but for an 86 year old man, recovery is always an issue. Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.

Thanks again Gentlemen.

He looks and sounds much better.

His heart rate was in the 40s and had been reset to 69 bpm.

He still has no endurance but he is definitely better.
