Anyone know who made it? I've never seen nickle plated .22 bullets before. Is this genuine vampire ammo?

Van Helsing ammo looks like that and was endorsed by bram stoker, who was a part owner.

So Federal reinvented the .22 Long and loaded it a bit heavier and no one noticed? Because they called it something different than that?
