Looking at the dark body and the white tip of the tail I'd say a house cat.

I agree. Looks like a house cat to me. Compare the size to that coiled hose. Not a large animal

Some type of pet cat is my best guess. Somehow, it does not suggest Mountain Lion to me. The color and the movement are just not quite what I think of as Mountain Lion.

I had a cat that I was getting pictures of in my driveway this past summer. I was thinking it was a young lion, the body shape, tail just seemed right. I posted pics here and it was 50:50 house cat vs lion.
Finally one night my camera alerted me and I was able to get an upstairs window open when I got the flashlight on it there sat a rather large orange tabby. I was ready with my 410, both barrels had 3" loads of #2s ready. I let the cat walk, not something I would have done years ago!
