Happy New Year

Post by GunnyMack »

Mine started with a bang, got up this morning, threw on some clothes and out the door to walk the girls. Right into a snow squall. Squinting to see with the wind blowing and I found an icy spot in the yard and BANG down I go! Right hip and elbow are complaining but I'm ok.
Of course a blue streak of verbiage could have been heard if any of the neighbors were out!
I sure hope this isn't an omen of what's yet to come in 26.

As a whole, 2025 was pretty good for us. No real health issues, lots of vacation trips and lots of shovel riding. Aside from some storm trees down and such last spring we had a good year. I hope 2026 is as good. Ride on.

Started the New Year by sleeping all day. I got up at 7:30 am.

Will, good gracious! Glad you are going to be all right.

A couple weeks ago I had an argument with a step ladder, amazing how hard you hit tge ground one step up! It won and I landed on my right side except my tape measure and hammer cushioned that fall!

It would have been embarrassing, thankfully it's was pitch black and blowing snow so nobody saw it!

Best part was Sage didn't 'get' me when I was down!!
