For the text, just highlight and right click and "copy" - come here, open a reply or new post dialog box and right click again and click "paste".
For the pictures, click on them, right click and select "properties" select and copy the address shown and come back here to your post - click the Img button above and paste the addy inbetween the [IMG]'s.
