I sure would like to see the inner workings myself.

I've seen this link put on several times before but no one has ever been able to provide a mfg.

My gut feeling is, it was built by a Joe average machinist in
a small home shop and using an old cell phone.

Heck, we built some very functional cannon ’s
in the high school metal shop back in the day.
(still have mine)
