Yup, you heard me. I just heard a news article on the radio, all leverguns are now banned along with virtually ALL fixed blade knives or knives with a locking blade.

That's news to me, I had a letter a couple of days ago from the police telling me "if" I own a MARS action or Lever release firearm I have until 9th March 2021 to surrender them and claim compensation. If not surrendered, prosecution and loss of firearms license will follow.
No mention of Leveraction firearms or knives of any kind but I expect they are in the pipeline..

It does sound like confusing lever release with lever action. Not suprising since I had never heard of lever release actions till this thread!

I had to look it up. Sort of sounds like a strange method of making something work just to appease the idiots.

In Washington State, my 1022 has been an "assault" rifle for awhile.
