Might I suggest a new mascot to fit the name...

Post by AJMD429 »

....if the Washington Redskins are going to change their name just to appease the SnowFlakes and social justice warriors, I have a mascot that would go with the new team name I would suggest...

Well, they could go with the District flower -- skunk cabbage.
or maybe the District bird -- turkey vulture.
But I'd vote for the District mammal -- we'd have the Washington Swamprats

.

There's big money involved in rebranding a franchise.

I'd suggest a small change. Just change the name to the Washington "Reds".

Here's a new logo image for their helmets:

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

I would settle for the washington warriors. The quarterback suggested the washington redtails. I have no problem recognizing the tuskegee airmen for their duty during war II, but if they are changing their name, any mention of any color should be discarded. how about the washington crayolas, that way all colors are included!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only if they use the big 120 count box as their logo. Wait, then they'd have to pay Crayola a royalty every time an announcer used the name.

Given that the NFL is going to play the "Black National Anthem" before all the games during week 1, they can call themselves anything they want: the NFL is dead to me (and hopefully millions of other patriotic Americans).

Won't be long before they follow the NBA and sell out to China...

Wait, there is a "black" national anthem? Well we need an Asian, Latino, Native American, etc. national anthems. Otherwise it's racist.

I read a piece, I believe yesterday, that said someone trade marked all the names they were considering!
