Why Hasn't the Senate Indicted Adam Schiff for Lying?

Post by COSteve »

As his own committee found no evidence of collusion with the Russians by the Trump team, yet Adam Sh$* for Brains testified both in the US House and during the trial, to the US Senate that in fact his committee found overwhelming evidence that Trump's team did, why hasn't he been led away in chains in disgrace? He has testified repeatedly under oath in both chambers that his committee found evidence of collusion yet he knew that in fact they found none which means he knowingly lied over and over to both the US House and US Senate.

If you are testifying in front of Congress sometime soon, and are wondering how far you can bend the truth, there are a two key statutes governing perjury you need to be aware of: U.S. Code sections 1621 and 1001 of Title 18.

Section 1621 covers general perjury, and stipulates that anyone who “willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true” is guilty of perjury and shall be fined or imprisoned up to five years, or both.

Section 1001 covers false statements more generally, without requiring an oath. The section stipulates that “whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the government of the United States, knowingly and willfully” falsifies or conceals information, including before a congressional committee’s inquiry, may also be fined or imprisoned up to five years.

So, Sh$* for Brains has recorded evidence of his repeatedly, knowingly, and willfully violating both Section 1621 and Section 1001. When is he going to be held to account for his willful actions? Further, Little Jerry is also guilty as he had access to Sh$* for Brains' documents (interestingly, those same documents Sh$* for Brains is still refusing to release to the public) and he also testified to both the Houses of Congress lying as well.

It would seem that those statutes only apply to non-Demoncrats.

The Republican controlled Senate could indict him this afternoon.

Most of those 'Republicans' are merely Democrats who decided an elephant lapel-pin was more likely to allow them to be given power than a donkey one.

Yup.
Nothing will ever happen to any of them for anything.
This is why they spend so much to get elected. So they can belong to the "royal family" and be immune from anything us "little people" must answer to.
The only danger they face is from the people, not the institutions they control. Those institutions are only for them to use against us.

I have ZERO faith in our government or our justice system. ZERO.

I honestly believe that NO ONE will EVER be prosecuted for the crimes committed against the People by way of the false indictments made against President Trump.

It has been demonstrated multiple times in the recent past that there are two justice systems in these United States. One for the political and government elites and one for the People.

Our lives and our law mean nothing... NOTHING... to the government class.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

That old saying about being "above the law" is never more true than as it applies to politicians. My greatest wish is we somehow get term limits and they all have to go pound sand.
