Fresh chuckle at my expense

Post by Bill in Oregon »

A while back I confessed to mistakenly applying cortisone cream to my toothbrush. Well, this morning I got into the shower only to realize I had my glasses on. Someone please tell me I am not the first human being ever to make this goof.

When I was a bit younger and drinking I once put on one boot and one sneaker. I noticed after I was in my truck ready to leave! :D

After using the front steps to the porch for near forty years. before I retired one cold dark morning on the way to work at 5:15 am , I forgot there is five steps and stepped off the fourth one into space , fell on the sidewalk like a ton of bricks . talk about an awakening.

I was a product development chemist for a well known company. One day a customer service rep. transferred a call up to me in my in my lab. On the other end of the phone was a customer, woman, who was frantic to know if our "silicone shield hand cream" was spermicidal! LOL.

Word to the wise..........

When you find a suppository in your ear -- THEN you'll remember where your hearing aid is!!!

Luckily, I use neither..............

I am not normally the kind of guy to want to infringe on others' rights,..... but there should be a LAW against putting Preparation H in a tube that looks like TOOTHPASTE!
I don't want to explain why I came to this conclusion...... but you can probably guess.

Girl I used to have a class with back in college came in one day with her hair greasy as could be. She lived in a dorm. Her carrying tote with all her things was just outside her shower and without her glasses on, she grabbed her body lotion instead of shampoo. It took her a couple of days to get all the oily residue out of her hair.

One time a customer came in without his dentures. Seems he didn't have his glasses on and grabbed a tube of what he thought was his denture adhesive. It wasn't! Took him a while to clean that Brylcream off the dentures so that they would stay put.
