My guess is that there are a lot of people there wondering what they have to wear when they go outside. San Antonio has always been warm when I have visited.

Ouch! The only nice thing about living in the Sacramento CA area is that the last time I saw acumalated frozen precipitation here was over 15 years ago and it melted in less than an hour. While it looked like snow it was sleet or small hail.
