Not only is this wrong in theory but can you imagine the abuse by the government .This sort of thing is not new it has been used throughout the ages to weed out any dissenters as it is the problem of any socialist / tyrannical regime as they eventually rule by brutality and become increasingly paranoid that the population may rise to overthrow them.They pit neighbour against neighbour ,child against parent.The biggest problem with this idea is that they get a lot of misinformation do to people falsely accusingly others for reasons of revenge,jealousy and hate
