JEFF QUINN GUN COLLECTION

Post by JimT »

In case any of you are interested, Bobby Tyler of Tyler Gun Works has been engaged to sell Jeff Quinn's gun collection. He is listing these on GunBroker.Com. So far he has 50 or so listed there.

I'll take a look...

I hate to see that though, for the obvious reasons...

...Plus, I was hopin' to take mine with me!

Mark Hargrove beat me to the one gun Jeff had that I wanted. I'm happy it went to a fellow Shootist and I just cannot be mad at Mark.

It is good that it went to someone who would appreciate it.

Yeah - I've had patients who sadly didn't leave their collection to their kids or grandkids, because they knew the guns wouldn't be appreciated, or in some cases, would be sold to buy meth on the street. In a few cases, they just donated the entire collection to a local gun club or 4-H club, to responsibly auction off and/or use for members.

I really liked Jeff’s reviews. I just bid on the sccy. I don’t “need” an orange gun but if I can pitch a few bucks towards his family I’m happy to do it. Having a piece of his legacy would be nice.
Kind regards,
Tycer

If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

Jeff had some nice stuff I see...no junk.

It's good to see Jeff had a trusted friend who could handle all that...it's times like this when the vultures come flying in.----6

Years ago I worked a Rossi 92 for Jeff and he did a nice article about it. I think I'll contact Tyler and see if it will become available.
