Excellent points on pointless laws. In the UK we can have suppressors to save our hearing but our pocket knives must not have a lock to stop the blade closing on our fingers, so why not ban brakes on automobiles ? it would certainly discourage speeding...it's all based on the same dumb logic...
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.
