Amazing how the left is so happy about it.

It was inevitable given the number of people he is around (masks or not). From what we're seeing anywhere from 5 to 20% of patients appear to have 'had' the Coronavirus, if you use estimates based on positive test rates, symptomatic versus asymptomatic patients, and so on. There are quite a few people who have had it in the sense that they are evidently immune, yet they don't show up with antibodies because there are so many other non-antibody-dependent ways we fight infection. People cooped up in the same house for several weeks with a sick spouse who turns out to have CoVid-19, yet the other spouse never turns positive for antibodies, despite not getting sick. Those people are getting left out of the equation.

Doc, the COVID equation just gets more baffling as we go along, it seems. Come on Moderna. Come an AstraZeneca. Stay safe, Mr. Vice President.

I just hope he's on zinc...! All the other stuff is helpful, but that seems to be one of the most specific and useful things.

My first take it PrayersUP Jesus!

my second take is anyone, any "healthcare worker" could administer chinavirus on the end of the q-tip, and the long story, when it's all on the docket in heaven, might bear this out.

I guess the question is, did they just test positive or are they actually ill?

Several notable examples in the news of folks who tested positive then a week later tested negative. Did they really have it? A positive test is not a case, illness is a case. Reporting has been pretty fast and loose.

The mask thing will never be resolved. Our baseball team got a slow start because several players got it after they started using the locker room. They were all wearing masks. My take is if you are in close contact with someone who is positive for a sufficient period of time mask or no mask you will contract it. It's a time and concentration thing, with people's immune systems being a wild card.

I only wear a mask if I choose to go in a store that requires it. Businesses have the right to require it in their establishment. Governments do not. I don't make fun of people who choose to wear them everywhere. If it makes you more comfortable then go for it. However I do laugh at the ones I see in their car by themselves. That's just stupid.

My rifle club has pretty much kept to our match schedule, I've shot most of the lever silhouette matches. Most of us are over 50, many over 60, even 70. So far no one sick, though a couple have stayed away. Outdoors, but not always 6' apart. I read that in some countries the standard is 4'. I'm not convinced much of what we now "know" about this virus is even accurate.

News is reporting now POTUS has a bit of fever and feels tired. Mild symptoms though.

I am sure when he recovers it will be along the lines of "we have the country shut down for this??""

We'll see if his recent words in Ohio ring true:
“It affects elderly people, elderly people with heart problems and other problems. That’s what it really affects. In some states, thousands of people — nobody young,” Trump said to the crowd. “Below the age of 18, like, nobody. They have a strong immune system, who knows? Take your hat off to the young, because they have a hell of an immune system. But it affects virtually nobody. It’s an amazing thing.”

Boris Johnson our prime minister had it and was hospitalised, but seems okay now. I sincerely wish President Trump and his beautiful wife a speedy recovery, anyone who doesn't can catch the pox for all I care.
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

From what little I have heard, it seems like it is a mild case. I am always praying for guidance and wisdom and safety for all of our Presidents.
