That's good to hear, Blaine. Hope the smoke hasn't been too awful up in Spanaway.

Bill, it was REAL rough for a couple weeks. The air has been clear for awhile, and I'm still coughing up stuff. We suppsedly had the worst air in the world for a couple weeks. It blotted out the sun on some days.

If you haven't already done it, make some hot lemonade. I mean as hot as you can drink it and as sour as you can take. It helps thin out and break up the mucus. That way you can cough it out. Hot and spicy food, such as jalapenos or hotter, can also thin the mucus. Get those smoke particles out.

I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head, but, it's active ingrediant in MucineX. It keeps me coughing up "stuff" all day. Way the heck cheaper than buying the name brand "stuff".

Guaifenesin. Don't bother with how you pronounce it. Yes, keep taking it. Lots of water helps it work. Catching pneumonia from the inhaled smoke and dust is quite a risk if you don't get that stuff up. Sounds as if you are doing the right things.
