Re: Mr. Imperato Surprised Me!
Mr. Imperato is probably fairly well off. I'm guessing that he doesn't worry about his next meal.
(Not being snarky - just the facts....) Probably also NOT filthy rich - ya know, flying his Gulfstream
to Monte Carlo every weekend filthy rich.
But Mr. Imperato is not stupid. He's not pinching pennies everywhere he can at the expense of customer service.
How much did that gesture cost him wholesale? Not very much when you consider the goodwill it generated on just this
forum. If he sells only one more rifle as a result of that gesture - and without a doubt he will - he and his employees
will be paid back many, many times over! That's smart business.
And that's cool stuff.....

Doctors for Sensible Gun Laws
"first do no harm" - gun control LAWS lead to far more deaths than 'easy access' ever could.

Henry is run the way a business should be run. where EVERY customer is listened to and helped when they have issues. No matter what product they choose to market the formula never changes.
