Pretty nice rifle. I love the 38-55 even though it gave me fits for a while.

Although I'm not overly fond of the brassiere could be tempted to get one of these, 38-55 is one of my favorites.

I understand that brass frames tend to stretch after considerable use.

Actually Henry claims the brass used on the side loader models has the same tensile strength as their steel models. The brass side gate models weigh more than the steel models though.
