Waxahachie declares state of emergency.

Waxahachie, about 10 miles South of me, has declared a state of emergency despite not having even one confirmed case. I understand being prepared, but this seems excessive to me.

The IN governor has signed an executive order calling up the National Guard. There's no need, so I'm thinking martial law is coming.

In California we have a law preventing confiscation of firearms during a state of emergency. Lets see if the government follows it.
