Hey guys

Post by hondo1892 »

Been gone for some years. I checked in every now and then but haven't signed in to post anything. I thought I would try to sign in today and actually remembered the password on the second try. I see that most of the guys I remember are still on here posting. Maybe I'll try to post some photo's of some of the rifles I've built since I was here last.

Seemed like it was only since last week! Gorgeous rifle. How about a few details on it. Todd/3leg

30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Wow! Very nice. Bore size? Twist? Whose lock? I assume a round baller.

Thanks guys. The rifle has a .50 Rice barrel with a Chambers round face english lock. Don't remember the twist but I'm guessing 1-66". Customer wanted a plain piece of hard maple and no butt plate. Here are a couple more photo's of it.
