Hmmm... naughty boys and girls. Uncle Sugar has teeth, and while sometimes slow to snap... does so eventually. It's the govt's incredibly unwieldy purchasing system... which allows these type of deals to be made.

Interesting. If he thought it was worth a cool mill to get the business, what was his return on the investment?

Makes me wonder if I'm in the right business...but then again the only knocks on my door comes from someone selling thin mints.
