Drawing WINNER for A Folding Knife !

Post by Pete44ru »

.

[EDIT 3/7/14: WE have a WINNER ! CONGRATS HARRY ! ]

Okay, okay - here we go again...............................

IF you're interested, just toss your hat in the ring - In seven (7) days (on March 7th), I'll use a random number generator to pick the winner, & mail the knife to their door, gratis.

Please lemme know if you require a background check, or are prone to cut yourself........... ;) .

(BTW: If you're a winner from a previous giveaway/drawing, please let others have a chance - I know, "groan" / "dang ! " )

Image . Image

Made in Japan & serial-numbered, it appears to be an American Bicentennial commemorative, Buck 110 style, lockback folder.

The etched ("200" over a wreath on one side) blade is 3-1/2" long, OAL open is 7-1/2", the closed/folded knife length is 4-1/8" - and the thickness @ the brass bolsters is 3/8", at the mid-point of the SI scales it's 7/16".

Both sides of the handle are duplicates of each other, with the bolsters engraved & the scales "scrimmed" (?) with pine trees on flat ground with a mountainous background.
Super-imposed over the "scrim", in the middle of each scale is what looks to be a brass Bald Eagle in a game-striking pose.
No box, papers, or other information - I don't even remember how/where I came to posess it. .

Don't need to 'count me in' ('cuz I've got too many knives already), but - stuff like this makes this forum FUN... 8)

Sorry, Pard - As stated in my OP, previous winners will have to take a pass, so I can give others and/or previous non-winners (not "losers' ;) ) their fair chance at a giveaway.

Dang, and I was on a roll too...

Seriously, thanks to Pete for his generosity on these give-aways.

And I am "not in" on this, as I just got the flintlock pan primer that he sent to me; but I can confirm that he ships it right out and is good to his word. After all -- he's a LeverGunner! :D

Good luck to all others!
