Dang, that was a nice article, but I call mine "hillbilly assault rifles" Not in venerable thuty thuty, but in the stumpy, ACP-Length Cowboy .45 Special. The marlins CB-Ls hold 17+1, while I THINK the 20 inch Uberti '73 will hold 13+1 (might be 14). Loaded with ACP+P level rounds, I'm thinkin there's not too much around the homestead they wouldn't handle, especially since we got no brown bears or whales nearby ;)

Carrying the Marlin afield, I certainly wouldn't worry about having reloads available ;)
