We don't often hear about accidents, but one of our driver's wife was seriously injured.

Not that I'm aware of, they'd only started a week or so ago.

As I understand, the EMTs had to remove one of her legs to get her out, and I hear, not officially, that she lost the other in the hospital. Might be just from the knee down, but still...

Done. Hope everything works out OK but sounds like a tuff row to hoe for awhile.

Prayers for both. One good thing at least, the state is responsible and will at least have the insurance and capability to step up. Unlike a lot of accidents in which the offending party has no insurance or collateral to pay for anything.
