Sunrise found my son and I working the topwater with ultra light spinning gear on the 1.5 acre stock tank. We are in the John boat as the edges of the tank are too wooly with cactus and mesquite. The sunrise is fantastic in the desert and the swarms of skeeters from the recent 6.5 inches of rain hav...

I asked my doc about glucosamine for chronic bursitis. He said there is no credible evidence to suggest any benefits. I dislocated a shoulder and much later tore it lifting weights and have had a lot of trouble with it. Pain meds do little for it and icy hot works as good as anything for me.

Guys I met a fellow through a mutual friend who is selling some guns. The one I am looking at is a clean 27-2 is p & r'd, with 8 3/8 barrel, smooth wood grips with left side thumb cutout. The cylinder has a very very faint drag line and locks up tight with no shake at all. metal is about 90 perc...

San Antone seems to eat about a biker a week in the summer. Almost always failure to negotiate a curve. A cop I know was stopped to turn left when a drunk plowed him from behind, killed his wife, left him with a long hospital stay. This was a rural accident.
