Roger on the passages. I'll be detailing every part that goes back on, getting all the little sparkly pieces out. It tore up the lifter blocks and lifters and one cam bearing. What started losing pieces first is anybody's guess. The oil pump is in surprisingly in good shape as well as the cams and b...

Just winter wandering. I'm just now getting too a motor from an Ironhead Harley I bought from a fellow Ohio'n about a year and a half ago. This is the time of year for those winter projects, you know. It came with the understanding, "There's something really wrong in there." I finally got ...

The Earth's climate is always changing and is very cyclic. In between the big ice ages there are little ice ages. Blain eluded to the cold 50s and 60s. Correct. We were hunting deer in shirt sleeves in the 90s. Remember the stories of cold during the American Revolution? Gobbler http://i24.photobuck...

Now that we have the ability, look at Google Earth and you can see the ocean depths. If you lower the oceans to glacial levels, you will see that humans could almost walk here from Europe around the north rim with only a few short boat trips. This is no different than the Bearing Strait crossing the...

On left side of picture, just to left of stairs, is that black spot where you insert the crank? Or is this one like the old-school lawnmowers where you had the handle to wind up the spring, then release to start? Thanks folks and yes, Blaine, Mike was. There was a 10 day span or so that he was the most decorated person at the pentagon. One medal that he had was noted that only two people at the pentagon had it. Mike Cline and Colon Powell. Mike was loved by many, hated by a few and respected by all.
