You may not be aware that environmental scientists can prove that condors use Juniper boughs to build their nests, and that the smoke from wood stoves is giving the spotted-owls a nasty cough. Cease and desist with this talk of out-smarting the government. They appointed these bureaucrats because th...

Not to be flippant, but it's a long border, and there are as many crossings as there are fence-posts. There are many small communities on the border where the primary language is spanish and whose sympathies lie on the southern side of that line. I'm not being critical, it's just history. To them, s...

That's not to say we wouldn't still be involved in the ME - remember, it is the job of CONGRESS to declare wars. Commanders aren't supposed to start wars - only prosecute them for as long as Congress allows. The President is only the Commander, not the final arbiter. SO, we would still. more likely...

I have seen many hogs with their throats slit while hanging, is it good to bleed them out completely? I'm gonna say yes to that. Bleeding them out helps cut down on the gaminess you'll find with mid-sized to large boars. Sometimes you'll need to soak the meat for a couple days to get the blood out....

I use 158gr JSP for short range shots on hogs all the time. They make hogs dead. If you intend to get creative with shot placement, that meaning if you think there is a chance of placing a shot anywhere except right behind the ear, I'd think about using something (not HP) in the 180gr range. ...or y...
