I popped a few caps there (literally), I believe it was called Gunfight Palace - thinking it shut down around the time of the Covid hysteria. Like I said, I've been really fortunate meeting other handloaders. Not necessarily reloaders who may only be doing it grudgingly to save a buck but the one's who really enjoy the hobby like I do. I think they are some of the best people I know.

My wife and I took her mother home to Stockton, CA back in 2020 after a protracted stay and rather than the direct route, we too the 'long cut' through New Mexico and Arizona, stopping at some interesting places along the way. A Nod to My Wife

I'm bragging but she's likely not.

On August 11, 1973, some 50 years ago today, my wife made the biggest mistake of her then 22 year old life. She screwed up and married me! We've had a great run at least as far as I'm concerned as there's no doubt that I married far, far above my station. :D

Absolutely, however, you really need to see it in person if you can. The trigger group cycles out of the stock with the lever and the action can get a bit lose. Also, look for any cracks in the stock around the pistol grip as they were a bit weak there. I looked for 20 yrs for one in .308 that was i...
