I hate poll questions though. The CORRECT answer is really "NO" - because the right is inherent, just as the right to breathe. The Second Amendment merely codifies it into law, thereby recognizing it... Still, pretty encouraging that so many people 'get it' - too bad the idiots in the news...

Haven't shot mine much, but it seems solid. I don't plan on 'hot' .454 loads, but want to shoot in the 'hot' range for .45 Colt and didn't want to have to segregate brass. Addendum: If the shooter hasn't fired scoped rifles much, don't use a scoped .444 - I just did that yesterday and the guy got a nice case of scope-eye from it. :oops: At least he was of the rough-and-tough sort rather than the crybaby sort, so we just bandaged it up and kept going. Consider using shot capsules in a .357, .41, .44, or .45 diameter levergun. Speer makes pretty tough ones and supposedly patterns are decent; I've only used the older 1970's-era ones, and they were pretty good out of a .44 Mag 1894 (like a lighter .410, but death to possums and such out to 30 yards)...
