does anyone know bout this kit?
says on bbl. 44-40 mod 94, comes with lifter kit also
it is NOS. is this one of those lessons in total frustation, or a cheap
way to get a 44-40 in a winchester,
im tempted to throw a bid at it, but a little gun shy

Id say popple peelers, did that as a kid, could skin a tree

I dont know why everything tasted better on the old cook stove
but it just did, one of my first jobs was packing in wood for the cook stove, I was maybe 4 or 5 then & the reward was always a hot meal

I thought if i ran across a box of 170gr.8mm Hornady round nose id try
them in my 32 WS, its 101 years old & shows its age, but shoots good
I wouldnt be afraid to try it, let us know if you try it

Sixgun its gobbeled up bout 300
might have to look for a mold, in the 100- 120gr bullet
got any ideas for it? I really like them 75gr. speers, but could use a

Pete the last one i shoot was over 500lbs, maybe a bit much
of sausage, jerky, etc, The best one ive ever had was taken in the spring, alot less fat, wright or wrong? I cut & make all my game
some game is well, gamey

Sixgun, thats cool i like it, took 25-35 for a walk today thought i might find a shed, but no luck, did see a white tail with horns yet so that gave me a clue im looking in vain :o

I use the speer 75gr. in a 25-35 with a good doze of LVR shoots bout 2 in at 100yd & thats as good as i can shoot with any gun with out a scope, went to the gravel pit awhile back, theres all sorts of targets all the way out to maybe 300yds, they done a good job & I was impressed at the zip ...

yep the flat band my wife sweet talked six gun out of is going hunting this fall, loaded some 75gr. speer with LVR & thats sweet
