Re: Anyone have an oversize .45 cal
Pan lube them to fill out all the grooves in the bullet , then re=size back down to .460" or so and you should be good to go. The lube in the grooves will help somewhat prevent deformation to the bullet when you size down so far. You might have to deep seat the bullets if the nose is also overs...

AR15 platform (one rifle, many uppers in different calibers). Pistol is a tough one though, either a Freedom arms in 44 mag or 45 Colt (durn, would have to buy one!!) or a 9mm or 45 on the 1911 platform with a 22 conversion.

Got mine when I was in the 10th grade and carried it to school every day. Best friend got one too, but lost it a few years later when out plowing on the tractor. Amazing enough, two years later, when plowing, he spotted it, a bit worse for the elements, but still in good shape. You could shave with ...

Pretty much a rimless 357 max. A drawback I can see , is that it uses a proprietary case with a rebated rim @0.390" base dia. vs the 223/5/56 base dia. of 0.376", so cannot make brass from the plentiful 223/5.56 cases. Oh, and that you can't use carbide dies to reload the thing. I hope the...

I would guess around 750fps and might be concerned about it making it down your 24" tube. If you do try it, take a rod (I use brass 1/4" welding rod--30" long IIRC) and hammer to remove the stuck bullet. IIRC, Clays is around Red Dot/Promo speed.

I have used the Leverevolution powder with a 190gr cast slug in my Marlin with outstanding results. Don't remember the velocity, but it was over 2000fps and hit our 200 meter gong with plenty of authority and about 2" groups. Not too shabby for a 30-30. think I might build a 30-30 bolt gun. Tur...

Wouldn't think it would be 357 max brass as nickle plated max brass is fairly rare. Even if it was, it would size just fine in a 357mag sizer as thats what I use for my 357max's. I would think more than likely an oversized chamber from whatever it was shot in.

Yep, 32-20 in a limited run
How about a 50 Alaskan?? Same rim and case length as the 45-70
Or 357 maximum!!!
Last suggestion was also the 35-30. Call it the 358 Henry. Maybe its straight enough some of the states that require a straight case would OK it.
How about a threaded muzzle on the 327?
