Re: Do you have a non-functional Benjamin or Sheridan rifle?
Yes, I've been a huge airgun guy pretty much my whole life. I also had a Daisy 880 and it was a decent gun. Mine had a metal receiver and pump arm. The problem with mine was that the stock became loose and would rock back and forth making it impossible to shoot accurately. Then eventually the seals ...

I’m amazed I bought a pre safety 444S this year for $400. Dirty consignment guns can be a real bargain sometimes. Dang! That's a good deal, and is my favorite 444 version. I predict the marlins will be offered in limited runs like the no. 1 are. I dont think they intend to compete with henry. I've had phenomenal success on deer with my marlin and winchester 30-30s, so I imagine they would be pretty devistating on 2 legged critters. I won't be back up there for a while as it's 5 1/2 hours away from where I live! otherwise I'd go buy the rest of the John Wayne 45 colt and all the John Wayne 30-30 ammo they had!!
The store is in NW PA, so if anyone lives around there I'd be happy to let them know where it is.
