Rob those who earn to pay for the up keep of the lazy. Typical Socialist thinking. I dont agree with most of what Junior comes out with but thats one I do. Its not robbery, its taxation & if a guy who'll never make $250,000 a year workings gotta pay then a guy that collects $250,000 in dividend...

if you're looking to find one online, make the word "Easel" a part of your search. "Portable", "folding", or "adjustable" helps.

ok putting "aluminum" in there gets it.

86er, your looking at the patent date on that Bear, a common mistake I see all the time. Serial No. dates that bow to 1969. Both bows seem in great condition, and that Herters is rarely seen these days. Ceb, do you have a link to a chart on bear serial numbers? I had one at one time, but lost it an...

Next time get a can of Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover. Won't hurt the paint and gets gunk off. I used to use it all the time on my motorcycle. With a white fairing, road tar was quite noticeable. Don't have any idea about the naval jelly, never used the stuff.

IMO, I think you did quite well on price. I would have had a difficult time not buying it at that price and I'm too broke to pay attention. The auction sites have lots of stuff way over priced(or underconditioned). That's the reason they won't sell. That gun started at a buck on AA or GB, by a known...

I see there's only a link here on the main Leverguns site

Such is life. Apparently even deleting hundreds of old posts wasn't fixing the problem. Good luck Jim & Joel on getting things back to normal over there. Thanks Ambra Col for giving us this outlet in the meantime.

I went to see our Uncle Theodore perform last night at the South Dakota State Fair. The crowd ranged from 15 to 70 and he ripped through 2 solid hours of Gonzo Rock & Roll. He put on a great show and had the audience really jumping in the seats till the end. Said he has one more show in Denver t...

I'm with you Paul. I'm glad someone cleaned all the spam that gathered after we left off in April. The moderator had a ton to clean out. It is getting aggravating having to wade through the single posts. All we're doing over there now is: making the repairs harder and just cluttering up. We got by a...

Poor Hobie, We're gonna wipe out his savings. I saw a picture of one on gunblast from the shot show. Chaparral didn't have one on its website yet, so I figured you couldn't order one yet, so I didn't bring it up. Still don't know if you can actually get one yet.

As much as you want to. Seriously. I've looked at the auction, it's a pretty rifle, the seller has an excellent track record, and the gun looks honest. Personally, I wouldn't go over $600 but that's me. I'm not looking at something like this as an investment and I can buy other guns that do the same...

I'll go along with this

I'm really trying to define a new Marlin I would just have to buy. One of the 1894C cowboys wouldn't be bad and my wife litterally had to drag me out of a shop that had one a few months ago, but got too many things on the list ahead of one now that I'm not likely to pick one up soon. I haven't bough...
