I agree that the paper sleeves won't last very long and for the bucks I would try something else.
shortly after I ordered the paper sleeves I was in a Goodwill store, and they had a whole shelf of them for very little. Color me stupid.

I was visiting a friend up in sun city west, arizona this spring. we were having a beer on the back patio when a song dog walked by about 20 feet away. He was the healthiest one I have ever seen.

Like crs said: too wet. I got my tractor stuck while trying to mow around the outside edge of my 5 acre pasture. tractor is a 4 wheel drive ka-boat-ta. Had to have son give me a tug with his 4 wheel drive tundra. but then we are on the "wet side" of Washington State.

My inlaws had a cabin at the beach in Washington state. In the cabin they had a toaster that looked like that, but the bread went in one end and came out the other on a track,all toasted.
Someone broke in the cabin and the toaster came up missing. It was an oldie.

picked one up at a Montgomery Wards store in the early 60's for $ 19.95 They had a huge box of them. Hunted deer and elk with it for many years. It was the short carbine.

I happened to mention the movie to my Daughter, she found it on Netflix.
the name has been changed for the U.S. market to "the way of the west".
watched it last night and thought it was a great western. so authentic, costumes,
guns, location, not your average John Wayne movie.
