Doc i keep thinking about a 350 Legend shooting 180gr RNFP's at 1400-1600fps. I can see the 300 BO being just as useful shooting 170-200gr at same velocity.

Ok thanks, but i generally like a knife for shaving bark off a sapling! Have Schrade SCH005DLB with both blades and finding I use the full serrated blade more than the straight edge blade.

Wouldnt the tin burn off at the melting temp of copper? Always thought bronze was an alloy of copper and nickel. Guess I'll look it up later. Excuses? You are just waiting for the right time and temperature! Yeah thats it.... What tool you thinking of making?

I like the Leupold 1-4x scopes. Did great shooting with them at 200 yards, Also have a Bushnell 1-4x 223 AR plex. Nice scope but heavy. Its a 30mm tube. It albasically new. Grizz, I had a Three-Toe Box Turtle I kept with me in the semi, she could right herself most of the time. When I fed her nightcrawlers she bit the head off, then eat its body while watching the head wriggle. Then after she would grab the head and eat it from back to front. She also loved nectarines....

I always thought it was amazing they could hibernate in the nest. But then again they bury themselves in the mud under water, ive even caught turtles in december by breaking thru ice. Ah to be, young and bullet proof again..... :mrgreen:

No the exact bullet, but 75 A-max CFE 223 starting 22.2grs, max 26.5grs......... WIN748, starting 22.4, max 25.5grs. The 80gr A-max uses 1 grain 1 grain less for max load. Hope thus helps it from Hornady 9th Edition manual. Todd/3leg Found Nosler book, for WIN748 using 77-80 bullets use 22-24 grains...

The Excelsior 12 gauge folder got here. Its worn, faded, nucked and scratched but the action and barrel are tight and solid. It weighs 4.98lbs! Handles like a dream. I like it more the Investarms folder. Comes up to the shoulder better and right on target.
