This thing is another one of those items that I really didn't need , but wanted to try out . And cost wise it's not that bad 8)

Had a 1895CB for a few years now . It was the second Marlin I ever bought .

Thing can be a little stout with heavy cast and full bore loads . However I do not think it is bad enough to need a recoil pad :wink:

Saturation Point !

I think I may very well have reached my saturation point with Marlin levers . Well at least that is until the new models for 2008 are announced :wink: So just for the heck of it I committed myself to a Remington Model 7 stainless synthetic that is NIB in the 7mm Remington Short Action Ultra Mag .
