I'm a pretty big fan of my GSR it's put elk, deer, antelope and with reduced loads a grouse, some rabbits and a turkey in the freezer. I have the Leuopold 1.5x5 Firedot scout scope on it.
It still has the factory trigger in it.

I have one. It's a neat little Trapper 1894-1994 commemorative. it's been pretty good digesting 250gr cowboy loads up to 300gr BuffaloBore Hardcast.
I've taken several deer, an antelope and one cow elk with it.
I won't part with it.

Been working a ton of overtime, so I've been spending it on a new Rossi R95 trapper, outfitted Skinner sights, a light mount rail and laser light comb
o. Should be pretty handy here on the mountain.

I grew up and most of my life eating squirrels; fox and grays.
Where I live in Wyoming we have these little pine squirrels not much bigger than a chipmunk.

My wife plants" Heirloom Painted Mountain Corn". The ears are 7-8" long and avg.1 1/2" diameter. The kernels may be red, white, blue and yellow on the same ear.

I had a RHKP Mod 10 it put many a squirrel and rabbit on the table.
I have a Victory model now, but I would like to find some original grips or something similar to replace the Pachmayers it came with.

I used to have a Mod. 10 4" taper barrel and fixed sights that loved a 158 swc. It would shoot into a quarter all day if I did my part. It was my squirrel and rabbit gun.
I really miss that one.

Over the years I've killed alot of deer with a Rossi .357, a few with a '94 Win. Trapper .45 Colt, deer and antelope with a Marlin 30-30 336Y set up as a scout rifle.
I plan to get an elk with the .45 Colt this year.
