Thank you Scott! I like the long octagonal barrel on the Canadian model. I'm not a fan of any of the commemoratives. After further research the were made 1967 and 1968.

If memory serves me correctly it's a Winchester model 69 bolt action with the little 5 round mag. Marlin 39 and Winchester 9422.

I have extra large hands too! My single actions have thick walnut stocks on them. Out of all the single actions I've owned the original Ruger Vaquero fit my hand the best. Of course I traded that revolver for something else I don't remember. :mrgreen:

As long as there's mail in ballots there will never be a fair election again! I think you should vote in person with photo i.d.. If your not responsible enough to obtain a photo i.d. your probably voting for the socialist anyway! The only mail in ballot should be used for service men stationed overs...

JOG...this is what the guys at the club do.....and these guys don't have $400 common stuff.....Remington 40x in 22, Anshutz's, Model 52's, Remington 37's, custom jobs with barrels that cost as much as what I drive.....you get it.....they will occasionally run a dry patch down the bore paying EXTREM...

I was lucky enough to find a 2001 made Winchester 9422 unfired 100% condition for $725.00. I was stupid enough a few years ago and traded away a 1980 Marlin 39. This lever action 22 will stay with me until they plant me in the ground!

I don't think you could go wrong with a JM Marlin 1894 in 357! Be prepared to pay over 1,000.00 to 1,200.00 for a pre safety in very good or better condition!
