I recently got a Uberti Low Wall, and so far (even without trying several different 22 loads) I've been really pleased with its accuracy. And the fit and finish are very nice too. I love, love, love my Model 99A Savage in .250-3000, aka 250 Savage -- it's the first and only rifle with which I "saw my bullet hit the deer" in the scope's view. It's such a mild-mannered round on the shoulder -- but was more damaging to the deer's! My late father used to sing its praise...

Average Maine State Police response time in parts of Aroostook County is now 45 minutes. AVERAGE. Some calls have taken 2 hours...... Yikes! We had them here (northwest York county) in ~5 minutes once years ago (for a false alarm), but I'm glad I haven't had to "test it" more often! Old No7
