What is good enough for Paco is good enough for me. Besides, it is his name on this forum.

By the questions parameters, 30-30 followed by 45/70. Both are far underappreciated.

Wild Irish Rose Cutter Stout
St Pauli Girl Dark
Guiness Stout
Bitburger Pils
OK, so that is 4. They don't brew the first one anymore though.

Re: 9 gr. of Unique for Rossi's and SAA?
I used to load 8 gr of Unique with my 250gr but found it too position sensitive. If you want something a little zippier and less position sensitive try 9-9.5 gr of HS6. That is my standard load out of my pistols these days. Not quite as heavy as my full load BP loads, but not for the feint of heart ...

You are welcome to come to Texas. Send the family to the San Antonio River Walk, Alamo, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, TX Ranger Museum and Longhorn Saloon, Ripley's Believe it or Not, etc. We can hunt at the ranch, shoot and cook out. Re: Marlin 1894 Cowboy vs Cowboy Limited?
Mine is a 1997 24" Vintage back when they still made them with quality which was until around 1998. If you can get ahold of one of them they are a lot better than the 20' verisions with plain wood. Bought mine about 2 years ago unused for about $700. Smooth without action work.

Re: Cimarron Richards-Mason Conversion revolver
I am slower than sin so I don't need anything race ready. Beyond that do the Taylor's need any work? I am looking for something for my tired old eyes. I line up my rifle and shotgun fine, but my pistol sights are just too close together at 5 1/2".

Re: Cimarron Richards-Mason Conversion revolver
I am looking at a couple of Taylor 8"ers in 45LC. Just how wimpy a load are we talking here? I am planning on shooting them with full load BP over a 250 gr bullet.
I don't care much for the look of the Remmie or the Navy myself and would prefer the longer grip of the Army.
