My 77/22 by far is my favorite. I originally bought it for .22 silhouette ( which never happened) it still wears the factory profile barrel but is a match grade Shilen. It also wears this gorgeous Claro Walnut stock I made for it.

That's a good solution Doc!
There are fluorescent replacement LED tubes that can just go into the fixture. I put one in the bathroom, very happy with it.

I have an MX8, an Ithaca import MX8 and a Comp 1, I'd like to sell the Ithaca gun and the Comp 1 as I don't NEED them. The Comp 1 I got for a song as the guy that had it blew up the bottom barrel. I found a set of barrels and sent them to Giacomo for fitting. Best part of Perazzi is they are infinit...

I had found a set of MX barrels in 28ga, they were for a 12ga frame. I was ready to buy them until I saw the price tag!!!! $5000.00 was way too rich for my blood. So I bought a set of Briley sub gauge tubes.

I keep coming back to this, certainly gets the grey matter going. One thing keeps coming up in my head, 357 Maximum. I'm not overly familiar with it, certainly guns chambered for it are scarce but it scratches an itch for the 35 guys. I suppose a 180 or 200 gr 358 rifle bullet loaded in it would get...

2x to 8x is indeed a lot of magnification for a long eye relief scope. You'll have to play with it to find a sweet spot.

No matter what these will fail over time. Solvents/oils and most of all ozone with rubberized products will deteriorate them.
