The snow will cut our trip short and knowing this, I thumb in three shells, lever one in, and set my Winchester on half cock. I head up the mostly dry river, looking for a couple hat sized piggies for the wife to bbq. Five hundred yards later, I see a pig across the riverbed, 150 yards out, bobbing ...

About 50 years ago Dad came home with a hot rock he found in the parking lot at work. It was the size and shape of a large russet baking potato. I recall a deer with white face, and white antlers, the rest being normal colored. This one as well, came under the too cool to kill category. I always hope these cool deer will make good seed bucks, till some other hunter comes along with different plans.

Saw a black fox, twice at my place. A black lion at my place (3 times). One deer was yellow like gold, a huge deer, too cool to kill.

As a kid, my Dad shot a BIG buck at a 10 section place in Sonora. That buck had a similar wound just N of the hock, big around as a soda can. Millions of abortions in US equal millions of children murdered. Kamala does not call it murder she calls it "pro choice." Murdering children is the cornerstone of the Democrats platform. Over 1,00,000 abortions in US in 2011. I personally feel the opposite of "pro life" is "pro death."
