If I can pinch the hose on the rack in such a way that it points at you when you're turnig it on.... hmmmmm.... So I did it and walked away. Abo...

I'm 19 and the youngest reloader I've ever met! Almost all my friends are into "tactical" guns, even though they don't own, don't know anything about, and can't afford them. Not that they should be illegal, they're just not what I'm into.

the pistol caliber cartridges in rifles is the same data the guns and ammo are built to the same pressure specs. you donot see 44mag rifle ammo at the store right?? it says 44 mag 357 mag on the box... Yeah, most if not all loads will be the same, but I'd like to know approximate velocities I'm get...

Reloading manual question.

Does anybody own one of these manuals for a pistol caliber?

If you have one, does it include rifle data?

Plain Jane M94 :D I'm not going to be very picky with this, I just want an unabused, pre cross bolt safety 30-30 carbine. I also really look foreward to reloading for it, as I only reload .44 mag right now. I have two other Winchester levers, a 94 Legacy .44 mag and a 9422 Traditional .22 mag.

Well, I think I'll see how these bullets work with a mild charge of Unique (already have a box loaded) before I try them with the H110. Still, thanks for the info so far and I'm still open for suggestions. I haven't had a chance to shoot the sized/lubed/GCd bullets with any type of powder yet. I jus...

You gotta be kidding me....

Who knows, maybe it's a rock solid rifle, just unfinished. If it were polished out and didn't have that silly looking M16 forearm, it might not look so...."unprofessional." Still, I hope the buyer doesn't live anywhere near me.

.44 Mag reloading questions

I've just picked up a pound of H110 and I'm pretty excited to give it a try. The only other powders I've used are Unique and Bullseye, so this is a big step up in power. Anyway, I was planning on using 240 grain gas checked SWCs. I used a Lee Lube and Size kit to size the bullets and seat the gas ch...

Levergunning for 'yotes

When you read the title of this thread, the .30-30 is the first round to come to mind, but I was thinking about the .44 magnum. Since a heavy .44 mag is similar to a down loaded .45-70, I thought it might make a fair medium/long range 'yote round. I'm still fairly new to reloading and I'm still just...

I'f Ruger would make a #1 International or Light Sporter chambered for 22 rimfire, I'd buy one ASAP! (or at least as soon as I could scrounge up the money) The #3 would be an interesting platform for rimfire rounds too.

For whatever reason, I never named my guns, but I have named my truck. Meet Ol Blue. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v28/Kyrifleman/100_1205.jpg The name doesn't fit the look of the truck, but since she has almost 280,000 mi, I thought it would be just fine. About 2 or 3 years ago, I was at an indoor range with my friend Bill and my dad when this dude walks in with a pistol case. Bill actually knew this guy and after they'd been talking for a while he mentioned that he'd like to sell the pistol he had. He opens the case (the clouds roll back, angels sta...

What kind of bullet? I'm reloading on a used Dillon 450 Jr that came with a BUNCH of .44 cal Dillon bullets. I have no idea about the alloy, but I know that the bullets can't be marked by a fingernail (if that tells you anything).

I don't know what could be wrong with the load, though I'll admit that I haven't been reloading for that long. Like I said, I'm using midrange loadings of Bullseye and Unique, neither of which are "hot" powders by any means. I'm kind of excited to see how my lubed/sized/gas checked bullets...

How do YOU clean a leaded barrel?

How do you clean the lead out of a barrel? My 94 .44 mag leads pretty badly at the chamber mouth even with mild loads of Bullseye and Unique. I've just been using Hoppe's 9, a bronze brush, and 2 or 3 patches on a .45 muzzle loader jag (I'm still not getting all of it out  ). Is there an easie...
