Hello 86er, I know it's been years since you posted this, but I have the same rifle (TC Icon 7mm-08 L.E.), and when I tried loading Scirroco IIs it was a total bust. Grouping over 2", really unpredictable, I don't have my reloading book in front of me so I can't tell you what powder(s) I tried....
