Re: 6.5 creedmore

I kind of feel the same way. It was developed with a few nuances to make a light recoiling long range target cartridge. However it is very popular now which provides for lots of rifle and ammo options. I think it’s a better general purpose big game cartridge than any 6mm or 25 just by virtue of heav...

I just don't see anything indicating conspiracy here. This man has studied infectious diseases and their epidemiology for decades. It was a reasonable prediction that a global pandemic would likely occur in the near future as it has on occasion throughout history.

Should feed a 260 fine from 243, 7-08, 308 or 358 magazines. Maybe from 257, 6.5 or 284 magazines too. I have no idea how many different magazine configurations there are in the short actions

I always thought the 356 and later the 338 Marlin were the best all around hunting cartridges in a traditional lever action. I think my 44mag is very handy and versatile and something like that is a good all around utility gun (357, 41, 45, 44-40, 38-40 could all work to some degree). Can't beat the...

Short answer is yes, your revolver can handle 45 Colt loads at 21k psi just like it can with ACP loads. The manufacturer or importer is not going to say that because such ammo is not to SAMMI standards. You can do it without a failure. Not sure if you might loosen the gun up more quickly if you did ...
